Labeling Host
The most important portion of the equipment.
1.Peel plate: to separate the label from the backing paper of the label.
2.Label detection photoelectric sensor: to detect the label gap, gives a stop signal when the label is released,
meanwhile provides alarming functions for missing label, breaking label.
3.Label drive roller: output servo motor power, cooperating with the (pinch roller) to complete the label releasing.
4.Combination of label roll pressing: to hold down the entire roll of labels to limit the vertical position of the label roll.
Box Separating Mechanism
Designed to keep a certain distance between the cartons, and then performs labelling.
1.Feeding guide block: It plays a guiding role to make the carton enter the carton dividing mechanism more smoothly.
2.Front and rear adjustment handwheel, to adjust the front and rear position of the separator.
3.Separator motor: to provide power to the separating belt.
4.Separating belt: to clamp the products for conveying slowly, and separate the products for a certain spacing.
Top Hold-down Mechanism
The top hold-down mechanism is synchronized with the conveyor belt to clamp and transport the product to ensure the stability during labelling and pressing process.
1.Tension seat: to adjust the tension of the top hold-down sponge belt.
2.Top hold-down rubber belt : to attach 4mm rubber onto synchronous belt, combining with the conveyor
belt to clamp the products.
3.The height adjustable handwheel: to adjust the height of the pressurizing mechanism by rotating the
handwheel to fit different specifications of product.
4.The pressurizing motor : to provide power for top hold-down sponge belt.

China Automatic Anti-tamper Sticker Labeling Machine
It is used for single-sided corner labeling of cartons, which can be used for labeling cartons with a length of 50-200mm, a width of 30-100mm, and a height of 15-100mm . Suitable for self-adhesive labels with a length of 15-100mm and a width of 15-60mm. But pls take a note that ,the length-to-width ratio of the label should be kept within 4. After folding, the lengths of the two sides of the label should be as consistent as possible, the length ratio kept within 1.5.
The cartons are transported to the box-separating and correcting mechanism through the conveyor belt, and enter the upper pressing mechanism after separating the spacing. The head of the labeling machine outputs the label, sticks the self-adhesive label on the carton, and presses the label firmly through the labeling sponge wheel.
When changing the specifications, you only need to simply adjust the guardrail, the replacement is quick and convenient, and the specification replacement can be completed within 30 minutes.
The operation direction of the equipment is the left type, that is, the material is fed from the left and the material is discharged from the right. The equipment can be used as a stand-alone machine, or it can be connected and linked with other equipment in the production line.
The equipment is controlled by Siemens PLC and touch screen. The main electrical components are all internationally renowned brands to ensure the stability of equipment operation and the convenience of maintenance. Wires and electrical components can withstand the corrosion of ozone, alcohol, glutaraldehyde, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, formaldehyde and other disinfectants that meet regulatory requirements for a long time.
The equipment has the protection functions of shortage of labels and material shortage, alarm and linkage shutdown protection.
