In response to valuable feedback from our customer after their initial order, we have implemented several enhancements to ensure an even smoother and more efficient operation. Here's a glimpse of the improvements made:
1. Adjustable Diagonal Roller:
We recommend adjusting the angle of the diagonal roller to seamlessly accommodate the dimensions of the currently processed product. This fine-tuning ensures optimal performance and precision.
2. Upgraded Sponge Roller:
Regularly check the sponge roller for signs of wear or grooves. Should any issues be detected, we have included spare sponge rollers in the parts carton for a quick and convenient replacement.
3. Tailored Solutions for Product Variability:
Recognizing the diversity in product sizes and characteristics, we advise readjusting the angle of the machine when transitioning between labels or products. Each product has its unique optimal angle for superior results.
New Features for Top Press Belt:
In response to the customer's feedback on the challenges faced in adjusting the sponge roller during the first order, we are excited to introduce updates to the top press belt mechanism. The following enhancements have been incorporated:
1. Limit Guiding Device:
A limit guiding device has been added to the top press mechanism to prevent any unwanted belt movement, ensuring stability during operation.
2. Belt Model Update:
We've switched the belt model from XL to L, aligning it with the model displayed in your provided pictures for better compatibility.
3. Material Upgrade:
The material of the top press belt has been upgraded from rubber to polyurethane, reinforced with steel wire, ensuring a substantial increase in strength and longevity.
It's important to note that with these improvements, the belt will no longer feature the green guiding line as seen in the pictures. The green line served a guiding function and has been replaced with a more robust and effective solution.
We are confident that these enhancements will not only address the challenges faced during the initial order but will also elevate the overall performance and reliability of our box sealing and labeling machinery.
